Both of their heads snapped toward the screaming. They looked at each other and nodded, then started pushing through the crowd that was gathering.
Charlotte- because she was so tiny, even with her dress- was first to get to Jackie. She knelt next to her, hugging her to her. She glared at Ray. "H-How dare you try to do such a horrid thing!" She looked to Jackie and handed her a cloth... the same one she handed to her on the ship.
Alex came up behind Ray. "Sir, I must ask for you to leave." He said in a dark tone.

Ray smiled, "I'm sorry, but as you peple can see, this is not what it looks like. I was merely asking the lady for punch. She very drunk and doesn't know what she's talking about." he said to the crowd. Everyone went back to dancing. Ray turned around and looked at Alex, "You are not the host of this here ball. I am. So mind your own business, Alexander Benedict." said Ray.
Jackie wiped the tears away, "Thank you Charlotte. But he has found a good way around this." she said.
Ray yanked Jackie up, "Come along dear. I must speak with you in private." he said taking her away from Alex and Charlotte.
Before Ray took Jackie away from Charlotte and Alex, she gave Charlotte a small piece of paper. "Give this to Alex." she said. On the paper said 'If you propose to me and I say yes, Ray will back off. This the only chance I have of going back to be a pirate.' Jackie glanced back at Alex and Charlotte. Then, before she knew it, she was thrown onto a bed.
Ray threw Jackie onto a bed, shut the door behind him, and then pinned Jackie to the bed. "You are costing me alot. But I have to say, that was a nice little trick you did back there. How shall I reward you?" he said.
"By letting me go." said Jackie trying to free herself.
"Nope. I have the perfect reward. A kiss." said Ray.
Jackie screamed, "Like heck I will!!!"
A Marine came in, "Sir, there is a disturbance in the ballroom." he said.
Ray got off the bed and walked towards the door, "Leave this room and Alexander will be killed." he said. He then left.
Jackie sat on the floor and sighed, "My hope of being a pirate is gone..." she said.

Alex growled at Ray, watching him leave with eyes filled with hate.
Charlotte watched her leave, tears wielding in her eyes. She looked at the piece of paper and her eyes widened slightly. She handed it to Alex, not making eye contact with him.
Alex took the note slowly, then his eyes scanned it. Suddenly, his face started getting hot. (So, one have of his face was covered with the black mask, and then rest was red). "U-U-Uh..."
"A-Alex... your going to have to,"
"B-B-But...."
"so we can save Jackie..." She stood up,. her eyes to the ground.

Charlotte nodded and they both started through the crowd, looking for some hint of Jackie.

Jackie sighed, "I want to get out of here, yet I don't want to loose Alex......wait.....he didn't say I couldn't peak!" she said. She ran to the door and looked out. She could make out a figure of a man, "Oi, is that you Alex??" she asked.

Bonnie sliped into the room, with out anyone seeing her. What were they going to do? Kill them... was the frist thought that came into her mind. No. Not today. Wait, kill later... she thought to herself. She took out a knife and came out of ehr hinding spot, and was behing Jackie when she said "Hey, are you going to get out? Or are you going to stand there looking out of the door, like you are scared?" she started to toss the knife into the air and catching it before it hit the ground.
Dylan was behind both of them saying nothing and not moveing, he was just standing watching.

"Okay. Whatever you say." the knife went up higher and higher and she never dropped it, she wasn't even looking at the knife, she added another one and then another one. "So are we going to bust out of here?" she asked as she added one more and examined Jackie's dress. "Nice..." She moved her hair out of her eyes and then was catching them with one hand.

Jackie sighed, "Yeah, sure. But, before we leave I need to appear in front of Ray. Since Alex is also a Marine Major son, if he proposes to me, Ray will back off and not blow up the ship. And I didn't want, never wanted, to wear this thing!!! Where are the sleeves!!!" she said.
